Payment types accepted:
Credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, personal check, and money order. When paying by personal check or money order, we will let you know where to mail your check/money order as soon as your order is placed. Also, when paying by personal check, your order will ship as soon as your check has cleared our account.
$5 Flat Rate Shipping ~or~ FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35, for orders shipped within the United States - all other orders will be billed exact shipping and will not be mailed until that is paid.
. We process orders Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours but some orders may take 1-3 business days to process and ship. If we think your order will take longer than three business days, we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. large orders) at no extra charge to you. We will let you know if you may expect your order in more than one package.
Once packages have shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance is recommended and can be requested.
Local pickup is offered by appointment only. Delivery may also be available. We are located in North San Diego County in the Hidden Meadows community of Escondido. Any pick up orders please use code PICKUP to avoid shipping costs being calculated.
We strive to keep most items instock and available for immediate shipping unless otherwise noted. If an item you order happens to be out of stock or oversold, we will notify you immediately (Monday thru Friday) at which time you may choose to proceed with your initial order, alter it, or cancel it. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, instock items will be shipped immediately and out-of-stock items will be backordered. We will remain in contact with you regarding backordered items. Custom orders can be arranged and are encouraged!
No sales tax is assessed on orders shipping outside the state of California. A 8.00% sales tax is assessed on orders shipping within the state of California.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Sales are considered final after 30 days. Sales of Clearance Items are considered final after initial purchase. Due to the nature of most of our products, if you need to return any items, they MUST be unwashed, unused, and with original packaging - NO exceptions. Initial shipping charges and returning shipping charges will not be refunded.
Before shipping any items back to us for exchange or refund, please contact us so that we know to watch our mail for your return package. Delivery confirmation is strongly suggested.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled but it can be returned less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. If your order is processed but not shipped, it can be canceled but will be assessed 5% restocking fee.
